Richard Quinton Hark

I highly recommend Richard Hark as an attorney. He is the attorney to go to handle medical licensing issues. He was a superior advocate for me. No matter how busy he was he always made me a priority. I was pulled over for DUI and qualified for the ARD program. The lawyer I used did not tell me anything about reporting my DUI. He told me to just not worry about it I researched a voluntary recovery program. This is an extensive self reporting program involving weekly drug tests, not being allowed ...to work in private practice and have to have all interviews and changes in employment authorized. I started reading about how harsh the program was and got nervous and thought about a change of career. I found Richard on google the morning before my interview for the program. He convinced me to cancel it and met me that afternoon. He has a very specific method requiring at least 10 steps including arrest records, Getting voluntary drug tests, referrals from coworker and so on. He also got all of my records from my primary physician and psychiatrist . The good news was that my case was completely dismissed and closed by the state PT board. I am a mental health nurse and work more hours than I should. A year and a half ago, I made a huge stupid mistake and got a DUI. In a panicked state I called the nursing board to make them aware. My anxiety and stress level went through the roof. I am not making excuses for my DUI, by any means, but my life had been In turmoil for about a year. My mother passed away, my marriage fell apart after he cheated, and my father was in a car accident paralyzed. I was trying to make it on my own for the 1st time in my life and now I was going to lose the last thing that meant something to me, my career. After a few days of crying, I knew I could afford to go through this program. Who was going to pay my bill? How was I going to survive? I started looking for new jobs outside of the nursing career. I googled what other nurses did in this process. And that's when I found Richard Hark. I read all of his review. I read his blogs about the VAP. I figured, I had no choice but to call him.
