He has proven himself over the past 5 years to myself and my family.

Within 5 minutes of submitting an online inquiry while searching for a new attorney Richard called. He took time upfront researching numerous active DUI cases. He was confident he could assist us. Upon execution of our agreement with Richard was prompt with all the filings and reorganizing work that... should have been done by our previous attorney. Richard is a very caring person & always made sure we completely understood each step during this stressful time. Our questions would always be addressed in a timely fashion. I could text, call or email him any time and know I would hear back as soon as his time was free and within the same day He is extremely candid and professional. We trust Richard 100% as he upholds high ethical standards. Currently he is on my side again and has kept me calm reminding me that we can not change what happened and that he will work hard & do all the necessary research for the best possible outcome. I would never imagine having anyone else by my side but him.

I know this client. I have had the pleasure of representing several members of her family. Thank you for such kind words. I take my legal responsibilities seriously. I understand the uncertainty that comes with every contact from the criminal justice system or the licensing boards. Simple basic client contact is a huge part of my "bed side manner". Clients email, text, and call me needing answers, guidance, and comfort. I appreciate their reliance on me and I return the favor by being available and responsive as much as possible. That is why this client asked that I help her after I helped her brother. I took over her brother's case after another attorney was making some mistakes and not being responsive. That was over 5 years ago. Now they only call me! Her father has always been wonderful to talk with, commiserate, and be available to discuss his family's legal issues. I am proud of this and every client relationship!

Awesome!!!

I am an LPN that was recently charged with a DUI. I was shocked to receive a letter from PNAP regarding the VRP. After receiving advice from a friend not to respond to the letter and to seek legal counsel I contacted Richard Hark. From our very first conversation, I was confident that he was the ri...ght attorney to handle my case. I was not expecting final results of my case until at least march,2018. Today, I was ecstatic to find out that my case has been closed with no disciplinary action against my nursing license. I won my case thanks to attorney Hark. I highly recommend Richard Hark to any individual who is in need of an attorney to defend them against the state Board of Nursing. I personally and publicly want to thank you Richard for everything that you have done for me and my case. Sincerely, Joan Kneas

Confident and professional

Richard is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind. I was always informed when Richard was my attorney and I always felt like my case was in very good hands. He always took my calls, or returned them immediately. What I especially liked about Richard was h...is confidence and determination to win my case. He saved my nursing license, and I owe a debt of gratitude to him for his service. He is a solid lawyer who practices nothing but the best customer service methods. Do NOT let anybody harrass you into signing anything from PNAP or any other agency accusing you of something you have not done, talk to Richard first!!!!!

This client, similar to many others recently, was confronted with a licensing matter after completing nursing school. Extensive loans, job, and life pressures made a successful result really important. After some very hard work, diligent client communication and preparation, and a very complex hearing, WE had a great result. I say WE because I never win. It is always WE win. In this instance, the client and her family won. I could not have helped them as much as I did without their help and preparation. Together, WE won!.... Always excited to help, confront the challenge, and surpass everyone's expectations. Thanks for letting me help.

Don't risk you license hire hark

I am so glad that I found Richard Hark: When I received a letter informing me that I was being investigated for a complaint against my nursing license. I was nervous, scared, apprehensive, and also ready to do everything they wanted me to do in the letter. Because I knew I hadn’t done anything w...rong and was ready to do everything they asked to prove my innocence. My mother went online and looked up PA licensing attorneys and came across Richard’s name and read his blog about licensing issues and how the investigators try to trick you into doing and saying things you shouldn’t to try to prove your innocence. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the State Board of Nursing, the PNAP, and the things the investigators will say and do to get you to incriminate yourself whether you’ve done anything wrong or not. I'm so glad I contacted Richard instead, he explained to me exactly what I needed to do and why I needed to do it. He took his time with me, going through every step of the process, and I cannot thank him enough for everything that he did for me, as a result I never missed a day of work. The day the State Board asked me to go in, for a meeting, I was supposed to be meeting with one investigator, and my attorney was supposed to be allowed to be there via cell phone. However, they ended up trying to trick me and having someone completely different there and refused to allow my attorney to call in as had previously been agreed upon. He told me to get up and leave, so I did. This is just one of the tricks the investigators tried: they tried to call my cell phone, they sent emails directly to me, trying to intimidate me, Richard was there and told me how to handle all of it. I could not have done this without him and I encourage anyone thinking about doing this without a lawyer to think again. Don’t risk your nursing license, the investigators are not on your side, but Richard Hark is.

This client hired me right away. Having read my blogs, she knew not to talk to anyone and get an attorney. The facts were both horrific and ridiculous. Strategically, we set upon a plan then executed that plan. The Nursing Board attorney understood there was no case against my client, regardless of the facts. Again, great client, following my counsel, making the correct decisions with my advice, made all the difference in this case. She did not try to handle the case herself, mess it up, then end up before the Nursing Board. She hired me and her case was closed with no prosecution. Good job!!!!!

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
