I was pulled over for DUI and qualified for the ARD program. The lawyer I used did not tell me anything about reporting my DUI. This is an extensive self reporting program involving weekly drug tests, not being allowed ...to work in private practice and have to have all interviews and changes in employment authorized. I have been an RN in Texas for 6 years. Unfortunately got a DUI a few years back, but had no reproductions with the Texas BON. 4 years after the DUI, I moved to Philly.
