Excellent fancy lawyer for a challenging moment

How can I ever thank Mr. Hark's help in my life? I will never be fair enough. Excellent lawyer, available throughout all the process, with the guidance I needed during my hearing, practiced multiple times in his office (what was more difficult than the hearing itself). As a foreign person, being inve...stigated for an unfair allegation, I couldn't be better represented. Worth it every single penny of the fancy attorney I chose to represent me, would never have the same GREAT outcome if it wasn't him. Lifelong gratitude and respect for this honest, direct and very enthusiastic professional. Totally recommend him!! Also, very good follow-up after the case resolution for any simple detail missing from the other part to fulfill, he was there until de very end! Richard is the best!

Phillip, thank you for such a kind review. My staff and I follow through on every case, every detail, every communication, email, text, phone call. We respond and address every client concern to conclusion. Dr. Abreu recognized this immediately and enjoyed the timely and responsive legal services he received. His USMLE and ECFMG matter was resolved successfully. I couldn't be happier for him. His fellowship is progressing. Thanks Dr. Abeu for letting me help.

One of the best!

My husband and I accepted a traveling assignment in which went from fun and exciting to quickly accusations were made about our professional practice jeopardizing our nursing licenses. In a panic with our careers on the line, Richard was there for us! He knew exactly what to do and how to approach e...very step. He is very experienced with the state board and knows the regulations. There were times we were apprehensive in following his lead, but in the end he was always making the right move and had our best interest. He saved our lives! Without him we would be in a very different situation. He is worth every penny we spent! If you need help he is the lawyer to go to! We can’t thank him enough!

The Western Pennsylvania husband and wife - both nurses - had major issues. Even being in Philadelphia, I handled all of their licensing matters perfectly. Thanks for letting me handle the cases.

NBME irregular behavior charge

When I received a letter from the NBME for irregular behavior. I was in disarray. As a medical student I didn't have a lot of money and I was almost giving up. There are only a few attorneys in the country that have represented medical students before the USMLE committee. The ones I called were char...ging exorbitant fees. I came across Mr Harks website and I was surprised by the number of medical professionals he has represented and even more surprised by his ratings. As soon as I contacted him I knew he was the one for me. His price was very reasonable and he was genuinely interested in my case. Even though his office was in Pennsylvania and I came from out of state, he went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I had his personal phone number and I was able to reach him at any time I needed . I highly recommend him without any reservations.

Physical Therapist

I was pulled over for DUI and qualified for the ARD program. The lawyer I used did not tell me anything about reporting my DUI. He told me to just not worry about it I researched a voluntary recovery program. This is an extensive self reporting program involving weekly drug tests, not being allowed ...to work in private practice and have to have all interviews and changes in employment authorized. I started reading about how harsh the program was and got nervous and thought about a change of career. I found Richard on google the morning before my interview for the program. He convinced me to cancel it and met me that afternoon. He has a very specific method requiring at least 10 steps including arrest records, Getting voluntary drug tests, referrals from coworker and so on. He also got all of my records from my primary physician and psychiatrist . The good news was that my case was completely dismissed and closed by the state PT board. I believe a large reason was because they have heard from Mr. Hawk many times and he is know for winning his cases. He was worthy every penny.

RN DUI

I have been an RN in Texas for 6 years. Unfortunately got a DUI a few years back, but had no reproductions with the Texas BON. 4 years after the DUI, I moved to Philly. Little did I know that the PA BON would put me through hell and back, treat me like a RN who stole narcotics and require me to get a...n evaluation by a psychiatrist THEY hired (seems wrong right?). After much panic and depression, I luckily decided to do some research and came across Richards website. DO NOT agree to or communicate with the PHMP or PNAP unless you have a lawyer by your side! After I hired richard, it was 100% worth it. We got an evaluation from a more reasonable psychiatrist and the board approved that report about 4 weeks later and issued my license (after 8 months of bullshit). Don't get tricked into letting them exploit you and wrong you. Hire a good lawyer to represent you. Richard was great. Very responsive, knowledgeable (especially with the PA BON) and committed to help me get my license.

This awesome client's case is a perfect example of a licensee facing an "application case". She has a license but wanted licensure in Pennsylvania. She received a "conditional denial"; go get a PHMP assessment and maybe we will give you a license. If handled incorrectly, extensive PHMP limitations could have been placed on her license for a significant period of time. Whether in Philadelphia, Erie, Scranton, Harrisburg, or Pittsburgh, I help every person secure their professional license. I am happy to help this and every application case client.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
