I have used Richard Hark on two occasions. I had two cases with the nursing board that he handled in a very swift manner and won both cases. When you think there is no way around the nursing board, believe me, he knows the way. Before you give in to unreasonable requests and limitations from the... board, and unfair punishments and sentences, CALL RICHARD!!! I also hired him for a DUI that he handled with the utmost efficiency. I was able to get ARD and no criminal record. He always, always answers your calls, and/or returns them immediately. Fees are extremely reasonable, and he works with you with payments. Among being professional and knowledgeable, he has a big heart. He was the most patient, kind, and understanding when it came to payments, especially with me being single and not having much money to fall back on. He is very aggressive when he needs to be with handling a case. There is no hesitation with getting the work done. He immediately begins working on your case, and get results. I am an lpn in Pennsylvania and I’m great at what I do. Due to a moments lapse in judgement I received a DUI and thought that my career was over. Although my DUI was completely separate from the work I do as nurse the program the nursing board wanted me to go through was extensive, humiliating and ...costly. I had made the decision to do their program because I thought it was the only option I had that would allow me to retain my license. For a period of time I thought that none of that was possible but with Mr. Hark’s assistance it was a reality. I highly recommend before anyone in this situation signs any papers or agrees to any program recommended by the nursing board they speak with Mr. Hark’s office. I don’t know that I would be a nurse today if I hadn’t.
