Richard Quinton Hark

I cannot say enough about how helpful and unbelievably aggressive this firm and specifically Richard Hark have been in defending my license. This was one of the scariest things I’ve had to face and it is unbelievably difficult to describe the peace of mind and trust that Richard was able to provide ...as well as explaining the entire process, making himself available to me at anytime, having a suitable and very convenient payment plan as well as general overall knowledge of nursing, board of nursing processes and anything and everything you need to know. I was accused of diverting drugs from my work place because my name was spit out on a report that tagged me with “red flags.” I explained each of these red flags along with a negative drug and alcohol test that same day. Mr Hark is extremely knowledgeable when handling situations with the PA board of nursing. I graduated and was completely unprepared to receive letters threatening the license I didn't yet have. I sent an email inquiry to Richards office the day after my DUI arrest. He called me within the hour, explaining to me exactly how the upcoming events would transpire. He professionally self reported me to the board of nursing, in compliance with the board regulations. In response to the VRP letter, ...he told me he would absolutely not allow me to put myself in a position that would jeopardize my career. He sent correspondence to the board stating that I would not be entering the program, and that any correspondence regarding the issue was to be forwarded to him. He was always available by phone or text,and never made me feel like my concerns were not important. When the time came for the board appointed physician to evaluate me, he spoke to me the day before, and the day of, preparing me for the intense and manipulative evaluation I was about to incur. From the start, he had me convinced that everything was going to be fine in the end, and it surely was. I have zero regrets in contacting him.
