Richard Quinton Hark

I am a RN who faced a complaint to the BON. I was terrified. I had a missing, wasted narcotic. I got the dreaded letter and packet from PNAP. I knew I didn’t divert a pill. I made the smartest move and called RIchard. He called me immediately and advised me what to do. I felt confident just talking t...o him. I was accused of diverting drugs from my work place because my name was spit out on a report that tagged me with “red flags.” I explained each of these red flags along with a negative drug and alcohol test that same day. There were no patterns, no witnesses, nothing to go on because I was innoce...nt. Despite this I was fired from my job and reported to the BON. At this point I realized I could not handle this alone.
