I met Mr Hark in January of 2021. I am a registered nurse with 23 years. I was fired by my employer due to narcotic abuse allegation. I called him and he returned my call almost immediately. I was nervous wreck. He was patient and very calming. He came up with and action plan to resolve this matter... with the Board of nursing. I felt very after talking to him. He led me step by step through a stressful process. I unfortunately complicated matters by acquiring a DUI. This dui was one of several have acquired over the years. No jail time and no extended suspension. He was at the Board of nursing hearing with me, We went over what the possible question the board may ask of me, We are still awaiting for the outcome. I was a recent nursing grad with 2 DUIs and a possession of marijuana charge hanging over my head from 7 years ago. I understood when the time came for me to register for NCLEX, the PA Board of Nursing would force me to be evaluated for the PNAP program.
