Healthcare workers legal expert!

I met Mr Hark in January of 2021. I am a registered nurse with 23 years. I was fired by my employer due to narcotic abuse allegation. I called him and he returned my call almost immediately. I was nervous wreck. He was patient and very calming. He came up with and action plan to resolve this matter... with the Board of nursing. I felt very after talking to him. He led me step by step through a stressful process. I unfortunately complicated matters by acquiring a DUI. This dui was one of several have acquired over the years. I called him and thus he assured me that we could get thru the dui too. He handled situations with the utmost precision and dedication. He was able to get my DUI reduced to a lessor offense and I served 5 days on house arrest. It could have been worst because the DUI was considered a second offense and a refusal case. On top of everything else, I obtained a charge of driving while suspended DUI related. He was able beat the driving while suspended. It was reduced to a lower charge. No jail time and no extended suspension. He was at the Board of nursing hearing with me, We went over what the possible question the board may ask of me, We are still awaiting for the outcome. No matter how it turns out. He has done everything necessary for a positive outcome. I am sure he will do the same for you.

Every potential client seeks counsel to not just advise but also handle the legal issues. As a nationally recognized health care attorney, my clients have complex issues that need to be won, not just managed. At every turn, James knew how I was going to handle the case, wheat he needed to do, and we prepared extensively for the issues of that day. I let him know the best or worst outcome so that when I won on every issue he understood the importance of our success. James' case is similar to every one of my clients; a health care professional in Pennsylvania or NJ with multiple ongoing legal issues that will effect employment and his license. I am privileged to work on Pennsylvania, Harrisburg, Scranton, Chester, Adams, Montgomery County. Every day I talk with my clients, work through their issues and counsel them. I appreciate James' review and the opportunity to help him. I am proud of my work, his appreciation, and my reputation. Thanks James.

Rich saved my life and my sanity to say the least. With the utmost patience, compassion and pertinent experience, he has been continuously supporting me through a total nightmare. At the beginning of my nursing career, I fell for the PNAP tricks in the past, while not even working or facing a legal o...ffense. I received an anonymous complaint without the guidance of Rich. This is the biggest regret of my life. After dealing with injustice of the PNAP program in the past, I felt my life and career were totally over. I couldn’t bare the thought of going back into this program. Additionally, I felt extreme panic and fear when I received a 1st offense DUI with a refusal during a very unique period of time in my life. This time, I didn’t waste my time. I called Rich on a Sunday evening and he immediately answered, took his time to collect my information and we immediately started to prepare. Thus far, I received the minimum sentence of ARD without a drivers license suspension. Mind blowing success to say the least! In light of the overwhelming achievements we already have made together, he properly prepared me and even attended the MPE for my nursing license, for which I am wildly optimistic about winning too. He was very direct, always available, and keeps me calm and level headed. Rich was very clear on the legal issues, the health care license issues I was confronting, and how to proceed in a timely and orderly process. He has been and continues to be available via email, phone calls or texts. Stop searching the internet and hire Rich if you are facing any health care licensing or legal issues. HE CARES AND HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST! Do not hesitate to hire him. Your license is worth it. Your career is worth it. Rich is worth it!! I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough! Hire him. I am soooo glad I did! 5 Stars is not enough, he deserves all stars in the galaxy!

The Best

Mr. Hark saved my medical license and my sanity. I was convicted of a first time DUI last year. With utmost patience, empathy and compassion, Mr. Hark supported me through a terrible ordeal. He explained all the “legalese”, worked cooperatively with my DUI lawyer (who did not grasp the ramifications ...for my licensure), and helped prepare me for a possible defense at the Board of Medicine. He was incredibly responsive and always available to answer my questions and allay my anxiety. My case will not be prosecuted and is now closed thanks to his diligence and guidance. I will be forever grateful for all his hard work.

I help doctors, pharmacists, nurses, CRNP's, physician assistants, psychologists, and any other health care professional with the licensing and impairment issues. It does not matter where you work or live. If you had or have a Pennsylvania license, The Pennsylvania health care boards are watching. This Pennsylvania doctor lived in New Jersey. My clients live in Erie, Lancaster, Scranton, Media, Danville, or Harrisburg. Some live in Ohio, Florida, Vancouver, Texas, Arizona. Call me to help protect your license.

Fantastic, hard working lawyer

I hired Mr. Hark for a difficult case for a first time DUI arrest, I am a registered nurse and also just graduated for my master's degree for nurse practitioner. I faced the daunting risk of losing my nursing license and failing to obtain my NP license. I called Mr. Hark at last minute when I was scr...ambling for answers and guidance. He took the time to call me back immediately and explain the entire process. Mr. Hark worked diligently to ensure I not only kept my RN license, but I also just received news that I will be approved for my NP license. Mr. Hark responded quickly each time I contacted him, and he listened to all of my concerns and helped me stay calm during the scariest time in my life. This was not an easy obstacle to overcome, but I certainly would not have had the positive outcome if it wasn't for Richard Hark. I am so thankful I chose him. Thank you!!!

This awesome review by a confidential client is what I strive for with every phone call. Whether you are from Erie and deal with LECOM, or Philly and deal with Temple, CHOP, Penn, Einstein, or Allentown and St Lukes, or Pittsburg and UPMC, I do not care. I answer calls all day long helping my clients all over Pennsylvania. I drive to Lancaster, Harrisburgh, Danville, Pottsville, Montour, Luzerne, Wilkes Barre because my clients need me. You do too. Call me. DO NOT CALL THE PHMP, PNAP, SARPH, PHP BACK UNTIL YOU CALL ME. DO NOT SIGN OR FILL OUT ANY FORMS. This nurse called me first and now she still has her RN and just got her CRNP.

I was a recent nursing grad with 2 DUIs and a possession of marijuana charge hanging over my head from 7 years ago. I understood when the time came for me to register for NCLEX, the PA Board of Nursing would force me to be evaluated for the PNAP program. Every other attorney that I spoke with told me... that if I wanted to avoid PNAP, I had no choice but to proceed with their evaluation process, then hope to appeal the board’s decision. It could be 6 months before I could even get a court date, and eventually hope to sit for NCLEX. Richard had a preemptive plan in place allowing me to bypass the board’s evaluation altogether and sit for NCLEX immediately. He even had a contact on the board itself who was able to expedite the process the same day all my documentation was submitted. Richard was meticulous in our preparation and down to earth. I knew I could speak openly to him, and our interests were aligned. I will be eternally grateful to him for the situation I am currently in. A Registered Nurse able to begin my new career without limitation. I didn’t have to go through a long costly legal battle to get there. I don’t have to relive the mistakes of my past, limit my scope of practice, go back on probation, narrow my job prospects, or be judged by my new coworkers. This is all thanks to Richard and I would recommend his services to anyone unsure of how their NCLEX application may play out.

I help medical, pharmacy, dental, and nursing students with adolescent legal mistakes apply for and secure their hard earned licenses. Pennsylvania licensing boards typical refer applications with "legal issues" to PNAP, the PHP, PHMP, or SARPH, for review and evaluation to "supplement" the record. DO NOT DO THIS. Whether you live in Erie (medical school is LECOM), Philadelphia, Lackawanna, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Altoona, or beyond if you get a conditional denial of your license application with a PHMP evaluation referral call me to discuss. Chris did and read her review.

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
