The Best defense

Thanks to Richard Hark I won my case and kept my RN licensure with the state of PA. I'm not sure how things would have turned out without the expert defense and preparation of Mr. Hark. Don't think twice when dealing with your life.

Exceptional trial lawyer

I had the pleasure of meeting and sitting in on a trial that displayed an exceptional trial lawyer. Back in April 2015, I traveled to Harrisburg PA where I was a part of a case regarding regarding a family member fighting to maintain their nursing license. This had been my first time in Harrisburg si...nce a kid and my first time meeting this exceptional trial lawyer who'd I never heard of. Before the case, he told me he would put me on stand to speak about my family members character and told me he would ask me several questions that I would be able to elaborate about. This was my first time on the stand and he made me feel very comfortable. Several family and friends spoke and felt the same way. During the trail, the prosecutions main focus was to strip my family member of their nursing license but this exceptional trial lawyer made that impossible. In fact, not only does my family member keep their license, they will be able to practice and perform their profession at the highest point without looking over their should. Id glad to say this exceptional trial lawyers name is Richard Hark and if I'm ever in trouble, he's the first I'll call. I highly recommend this exceptional trial lawyer with my highest honor.

Thank you Richard Hark!

I am a phyiscian in Pennsylvania who was facing legal issues which would have seriously threatened my medical license. I contacted Richard Hark. I couldn't have handled these matters without Richard's help. He was always available, timely responding to texts, emails, and phone calls. No question or i...dea was too silly to warrant a nice thought out and appropriate response. Between him and his assistant, I felt confident how things were being handled and relieved with how things were resolved. Importantly, Richard was extremely knowledgable and competant about all medication issues, state police and medical board investigation practices, and the combination of the criminal and licensing issues I was facing. His professional reputation and professionalism was obvious when dealing with various state investigators. I couldn't have found a more confident, competant, and grounded attorney to handle my case.

Board Issue

Mr. Hark helped me through a very difficult time while dealing with false allegations that were reported to the board of nursing. He was there from the very beginning sharing his knowledge and was able to calm me down. Mr. Hark was always very responsive to texts and phone calls. He kept me informed ...of any contact made and what the next steps would be and the possible outcomes. Although the process was long and difficult at times in the end I received a positive result. I truly believe if I did not have Mr Hark on my side things could have gone drastically different. I will be forever grateful to Mr Hark as he has allowed me to continue to be the hardworking and caring nurse that I strive to be everyday.

Richard Hark

Richard was vital to me winning my case. He met with me close to home after business hours to talk about the case and the best ways to proceed. He was very good at working around my schedule to fit my needs. He always called me back in a reasonable amount of time, and never left me in the dark about ...anything. His assistant was also very helpful, and gave me whatever information she could and answered the questions she could. I was most definitely recommend Richard to anyone who needs help with the PA Licensing Board.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
