Unfortunately, I got a non-work related DUI 2 years ago.Of course I got the letter demanding that I go for an evaluation and I did. The medical director at this facility told me that perhaps “I would get it this time” Yeah, two months and they had a bed available right away. This was not gonna be g...ood! I had a DUI in 2020 and didn't hear of Richard Hark until I was already pretty much forced into signing a contract with the PNAP program (now NHP). I finished out my 3 year program but when it was time to be released, the program failed to release me and informed me that I had another year and a ha...lf to go due to a positive test that was unfounded by an evaluation and a MD review. I was devastated as I never knowingly used any illicit substance after signing the contract and I didn't know where to turn. A friend of mine recommended Richard Hark so I called him up.
