10/10

I had a case involving my medical license, which Richard quickly helped resolve. He was professional, reassuring, and always available within minutes. Not only did he successfully fix my licensing issue, but he also went above and beyond by recovering the money I had paid to my previous lawyer. I hig...hly recommend Richard Hark— he is everything you would want and expect in a good attorney.

The big issue here was the prior lawyer took this client's money and had no idea what to do. The prior lawyer, Joseph Lento, was disbarred and still took this fee. I had to contact the disciplinary board, I had to threaten to sue him and only then did the disbarred attorney's law firm return the money. Then, I turned my attention to the client and correctly handled his case! Thanks for letting me help! Moral of this story -- Joey Lento is disbarred and never knew how to handle a healthcare license case. He is a fraud. DO NOT USE JOEY LENTO OR HIS OFFICE.

Highly recommend

Defense against the nursing board is nothing short of impossible. Richard Hark makes the unachievable more than probable. When I was looking for an attorney, I researched reviews and talked to several attorneys. Richard’s knowledge and confidence during the consultation instantly put me at ease. Not ...only was he able to speak the words I needed to hear but also transformed the words into action. He never made a promise he couldn’t keep and was honest throughout the entire case of what I may or may not expect. His expert advice provided a clear pathway to ultimately winning. There were times when he counseled me off the ledge of frustration due to the Nursing Board’s untimely turnaround times, unfair treatment and illogical decision making. Since Richard specializes in defense cases against the Nursing Board, he provided a timeline that was on target. Richard’s guidance is first class; he is resourceful, trustworthy and he explained legal terms so that I was able to understand. He was always available, and I mean always, more than I could have asked for. It is not often that an attorney is an emotional crutch for a client, however he got me through some very tough times. Aside from stellar professionalism, his prices were fair, and the service he provided was real value for the money spent. During the trial he was relentless, a top-notch litigator and strong advocate for his clients. I highly recommend Richard Hark to anyone who goes up against the Board of Nursing. I am truly grateful for everything that Richard and his firm did for me.

Thank you Rhonda. This was a really hard case that, through perseverance, we were able to prevail. We had a Pa Nursing Board MPE evaluation, Board ALJ full hearing, Final Nursing Board decision, and then a Commonwealth Court appeal -- which allowed us to then win the entire case and reverse all of the wrong decisions. I may have done the legal work, but Rhonda was on board fully with my strategy, plan, and execution. I could not have won the legal issues if Rhonda was not fully engaged on the facts. Thank you Rhonda for hiring me, working with me, being patience through some hard decisions, and believing in my strategy to help you win your case. Congratulations!

Saved my RN and DRIVERS LICENCE

I found Richard Stark by looking up how to handle a DUI and RN license suspension. I called in absolute panic. I was receiving letters to enter PNAP immediately or face recourse from the Nursing Board .And I was going to lose my driving license for 18 months. He answered my phone call in less than ...an hour while on his family vacation and called back that night to give me an idea how he could manage all this. And he did not ONLY MANAGE it but I did not lose my RN license or drivers license. Please if there is an angel here on earth its Richard Hark. Please take a moment and call him.

My client's call me seeking clear guidance on how to fix their health care licensing problem, how to make sure they do not loose their medical, pharmacy, nursing, or any other health care license. I hear frustration and anger from clients who hired the attorney, spent a lot of money, and still had problems. I fix those problems. My clients call from Erie, Altoona, Scranton, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, New Jersey, California, and Georgia. My reviews and my website all speak for themselves. Everyone understands the need more help and after I help them they know how a good attorney fixes and gets they case resolved. I am responsive, astute, patient, and pro-active. I fix problems -- not create them. This is why my reviews are so long. Everyone has big licensing problems and the can't believe that I fixed the issue.

Massage license obtained

I had a medical crisis in 2014 and I thought I would never recover from the legal mess that I’d gotten myself into. I was denied my license to practice in PA. When I called Richard Hark all of that changed. He spoke from his heart and gave me some encouragement and guidance about my case. He exceeded... my expectations more times than I can mention here. He was incredibly talented and always seemed to be one step ahead in the entire process. If you have a licensure issue. Contact Richard Hark. I am profoundly grateful and impressed with his service.

RN license reinstated.

My RN license was reinstated after 11 years of PNAP meetings and Recoverytrek random drug tests. I wished I went ahead and hired Richard Hark, Esq., at the very beginning, in 2013. Richard was very efficient, the process went smoothly. I especially appreciate him notifying me of charges which were ...optional, like getting another psychiatric evaluation and inviting Dr Picciotto to testify at the hearing. Richard kept me informed and was always available whenever I had any questions. The Board of Nursing took it's time to review my case, postponing the final decision twice. I was ready for this kind of delay, and helped me a lot when Richard gave me an exact date of Board of Nursing's meetings.

Every client hopes the first call to an attorney will result in a positive outcome. Every client calls with hope. This client was in PNAP for 11 years. 11 years. holy shit. Call me. That is absurd....

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
