Nurse

I was in the middle of a divorce and a nurse. Richard helped me through a very difficult time of my life and advocated for me to save my career when other avenues led me thinking my career was over. I owe my life to him as I have my life and career and kids. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Outstanding Lawyer

I had been on PNAP for 4 years before finally having enough of their lies, deception, and bullying. I reached out to Richard for his expertise and it was the best decision I could have made. I only wish I called him sooner. He is an excellent lawyer and did everything in his power to achieve the best... outcome. Within a couple of months I was finished with PNAP and could pursue my career in peace. Richard fights these battles on a daily basis so no matter your situation just reach out to him.

This case is another example of PNAP concocting am claim of a positive drug test with a month or two left in an VRP agreement. Ryan hired me to fight to get him out of the program. What previously was an easy process, PHMP and PNAP now refuse to cooperate, acknowledge sobriety and fought every turn. Through legal process and a privately paid evaluation (and -- EVERYTHING LEGAL TOOL IN MY POWER) Ryan and I got him out of the VRP. Done. Thanks for letting me help.

Fantastic, hard working lawyer

I hired Mr. Hark for a difficult case for a first time DUI arrest, I am a registered nurse and also just graduated for my master's degree for nurse practitioner. I faced the daunting risk of losing my nursing license and failing to obtain my NP license. I called Mr. Hark at last minute when I was scr...ambling for answers and guidance. He took the time to call me back immediately and explain the entire process. Mr. Hark worked diligently to ensure I not only kept my RN license, but I also just received news that I will be approved for my NP license. Mr. Hark responded quickly each time I contacted him, and he listened to all of my concerns and helped me stay calm during the scariest time in my life. This was not an easy obstacle to overcome, but I certainly would not have had the positive outcome if it wasn't for Richard Hark. I am so thankful I chose him. Thank you!!!

This awesome review by a confidential client is what I strive for with every phone call. Whether you are from Erie and deal with LECOM, or Philly and deal with Temple, CHOP, Penn, Einstein, or Allentown and St Lukes, or Pittsburg and UPMC, I do not care. I answer calls all day long helping my clients all over Pennsylvania. I drive to Lancaster, Harrisburgh, Danville, Pottsville, Montour, Luzerne, Wilkes Barre because my clients need me. You do too. Call me. DO NOT CALL THE PHMP, PNAP, SARPH, PHP BACK UNTIL YOU CALL ME. DO NOT SIGN OR FILL OUT ANY FORMS. This nurse called me first and now she still has her RN and just got her CRNP.

PA RN

I contacted Richard when I was falsely accused of narcotic diversion by the corporation I worked for. At the start I did what was asked of me by my former employer and I contacted PHMP. My employer never did so. By doing what I thought was right I got stuck in a bad situation and on the verge of ...being railroaded. Then I came across Hark and Hark's website. I could recognize myself in what he described on his site. I contacted him and he immediately got back to me and put a stop to the PHMP's tactics. He got me through the interview with the state forensic psychologist by excellent prep questions. He always answered me promptly and made me feel at ease. Many times I needed him to calm me down. Just received the letter this week stating we won the case. Having Richard there to guide me and believe in me made a terrifying experience manageable. I only wish I would have found him sooner. Don't answer questions, don't sign anything, and don't think PHMP is your friend. Contact Richard before you do anything and he will guide you all the way!

Truly deserving of all 5 stars!

Richard Hark and his team were the turning point with getting me and my family justice. After nearly a decade of commitment to quality practice, an alleged documentation discrepancy quickly jeopardized not only my job but also my license. I spent months trying to make things right while everything wa...s seemingly working against me. PNAP/VRP programs were my advised means to resolve the turmoil. However, these programs seemed equally confused regarding my situation, but eager to accept me for guilty and dismiss my innocence. They outlined potential sanctions that would cause excessive strain and limit my role as a healthcare professional. I strongly encourage you to read Mr. Hark's blog about these programs. Luckily, I did and I was able to contact Mr. Hark before their state appointed evaluation took place. To my surprised, he answered the phone directly. I can recall not knowing how to address him, "Hark and Hark", "Mr. Hark", "Richard"..., so we settled on "Lawyer Please Help Me." And, that is exactly what he and his team did from that point forward. Not only did we get justice, my license reflects as it should and my job status has remained unchanged! Richard and Jessica were true professionals, while other law firms I have encountered only dug holes deeper and were not nearly as accessible or knowledgeable.

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
