It was completely by chance that I stumbled upon Richard’s article about the “tricks and traps” related to the PA state professional boards. I had already been cooperating with the SW Board for 6 months by the time I contacted Richard and without expert representation I was faced with a 3-year monit...oring program for drugs and alcohol despite my full cooperation with the Board and no evidence of any impairment in my professional career.
