I am a registered nurse, and was charged with a first time DUI last May. I am so glad that I found Richard Hark: When I received a letter informing me that I was being investigated for a complaint against my nursing license. I was nervous, scared, apprehensive, and also ready to do everything they wanted me to do in the letter. Because I knew I hadn’t done anything w...rong and was ready to do everything they asked to prove my innocence. My mother went online and looked up PA licensing attorneys and came across Richard’s name and read his blog about licensing issues and how the investigators try to trick you into doing and saying things you shouldn’t to try to prove your innocence. However, they ended up trying to trick me and having someone completely different there and refused to allow my attorney to call in as had previously been agreed upon. He told me to get up and leave, so I did. This is just one of the tricks the investigators tried: they tried to call my cell phone, they sent emails directly to me, trying to intimidate me, Richard was there and told me how to handle all of it. I could not have done this without him and I encourage anyone thinking about doing this without a lawyer to think again. Don’t risk your nursing license, the investigators are not on your side, but Richard Hark is.

Please read this review if you are in jeopardy of your nursing license. Mr. Richard Hark is hands down absolutely amazing. When I recieved a letter from the State Board of Nursing I thought my carreer was over from a DUI. They will try to trick you into pleading guilty over a first offense DUI. I did... research and Mr. Hark has amazing blogs and answers which made me call his office immediately. The best part of it all is Richard is 100% dedicated to you as a client. I left a message on his voicemail and he literally called me back in 15 minutes from his cell phone and told me to store his phone number and he will be there for you 100%. At that moment that pit nervous feeling I had in my stomach went away. I gave him info on my DUI and faxed him over information he requested. His secretary Jessica is also amazing you are never waiting they are on top of everything. Mr. Hark and his staff do not judge you and they understand your situation. Needless to say I hired Richard and I was evaluated by a medical doctor not a social worker. Richard stands by you through the whole process. He even set up a payment plan for me.
