Replied last June 03, 2026The PHMP and PHP for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists has run amok. Erik Omhlor and Kevin Knipe are killing this program. If you have been accused of testing positive for a banned substance at the end of your probation period, call me. These test results are fraud. I have secured positive VRP and DMU PHMP probation terminations and stopped the Board prosecutors from filing petition to suspend licenses because of these false PHMP drug tests reports. Get yourself tested by a third party private testing company with a hair follicle or bodily fluid test immediately after they claim you are positive. Call me and we will fight the case. Amy lives in Pittsburgh, I am in the Philadelphia region, and we won her case. The PHMP and Ohmlor tried to revoke her license and now she is off probation, out of the PHP and back working! The program has gotten really bad and everyone needs a good lawyer who knows how to protect your license. Thanks for letting me help.

Mike trusted my strategic advice, adapted to my type of presentation style, and accepted my advice on how to present himself to the board expert. I am happy for Mike the case is over. Call me if you have any health care board investigation. Do not sign any PHMP or PHP documents. Do not go to PHMP/PHP NPHP orchestrated multi-day treatment evaluations. These are all a fraud and a farce that is just a trap to get the health care practitioner to release their personal information, medical records, and possibly mess up your license.
