Can't Thank Julie Enough

Julie crafted my parent's estate trusts and wills that I "inherited" as their executor. Julie and her staff expertly guided me through the estate settlement process that included dealing with several beneficiaries who did not understand the process and/or had unreasonable expectations about their inh...eritance. She and her staff helped me resolve these matters that were holding up the settlement in a very timely fashion so that it was finalized within in the average amount of time to settle an estate. In the end, no beneficiary legally contested the settlement terms.

Peace of Mind

Would you rather make some of life's most important decisions under duress or would you prefer to eliminate the risk of this "just in time approach," by choosing a systematic, carefully planned and customized approach? I trusted Steinbacher and Stahl to guide me through this process and found that th...ey do it better than anyone in the Industry, because they cover all the most important financial, medical, and legal details with a fine toothed comb, and they do it as inexpensively as possible, representing value and integrity. This approach gives me peace of mind.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
