Informative
I love following Clinkscales on social media and getting their newsletter sent to my e-mail. They have cute, catchy posts that grab my attention, and then they provide helpful information that I have learned a lot from about providing care and support for elderly family members. I also see that they do lots of events in the community and beyond to provide training and education to others.

Great firm to work with!
Our experience with Randy and Nikki at Clinkscales Elder Law was amazing! We needed to update our affairs and so many new choices had to be made. While already into our 60's, we finally realized the importance of having our estate plan handled and followed through per our wishes. Many changes had taken place since our previous plan had been made several years ago, and now we feel like we are on the right track and will be able to keep in touch yearly as more changes seem to pop up as we age. Peace of mind is worth a lot!

As Highly Skilled As They Are Caring and Humane
This Elder Care Law Firm is very special, quite different, and has been a valuable friend and legal guide for my family through two deaths, three trusts and two trust administrations. The nurses have been of great personal and professional service. The legal staff has worked very hard for us, making problems go away. Knowing what they have done for us, can only make me wonder what being without them would have been like.
I recommend this firm knowing it will be an excellent choice for trust and elder care. For the elder, know they will never forget that you are their client, you are their concern, and it is for you, that they advocate. You will find no better advocate than Clinkscales Elder Care.

Very satisfied customer
Having lost my mom who had C.O.P.D. and other illnesses for 13 years, my dad would have lost everything (financially) had it not been for Randy and his team using their expertise to divert what Randy termed “the approaching train wreck.”
What Randy did for our family was create a Life Care Plan for my mom with a goal of protecting as many of their assets as he could. We used their social service expertise, legal services, and all the other services that came with this plan. It was an investment that my Dad and my sisters and I shared. While it was not inexpensive, had we not done it, I am convinced my father would still not have his house and the small farm he grew up on. It paid for itself 100x over.
If you are an individual wondering how you will one day respectfully care your aging parents, consider checking into this law firm.
