I don't have a title for this

My wife and I engaged Brittany to assist us in developing an asset protection plan for our post-retirement years. She also helped us update our wills and powers-of-attorney. Brittany provided thorough in-depth guidance as we worked through these matters and displayed tremendous patience in dealing... with an extremely detail-oriented client. I would (and have) recommend(ed) her to anyone looking for this type of legal support.

Helpful and Informative

Attorney Smith helped to guide me through every step of the process when applying for Medicaid for my mother when she went into a nursing home. She explained every aspect thoroughly and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend her for anyone needing help with a lo...ved one in the nursing home.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Brittany is a conscientious, hard-working attorney who I have referred numerous friends and clients to without hesitation. She serves her clients with a tremendous level of care and knows the ins and outs of elder law like the back of her hand. Through meticulous preparation and encyclopedic knowledge of the field, Brittany carefully represents each one of her clients individually. She refuses to use a “cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all” approach to legal planning."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
