Martha is the Founder of Geisler Patterson Law, she has over 30 years’ experience in the law. She was a winning litigator as a Deputy City Attorney. She decided she wanted more in life than winning trials, and gravitated to Elder Law because she knew she could make a difference in people’s lives while helping people with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, those who have had strokes, and people living with disabilities.
Martha has spent thousands of hours becoming an expert. There are only a few attorneys in the State of California who have Certification from the National Elder Law Foundation. The Certification requires both experience extensive knowledge, and recommendations Martha knows the rules related to both Medi-Cal and Veteran’s Benefits. She has helped hundreds of clients obtain Medi-Cal and/or Veteran’s Benefits to pay for care.
