Biography
Peter J. Gilbert, a graduate of Haverford College, Yale Divinity School and William & Mary's Marshall Wythe School of Law, founded the law firm of HighPoint Law Offices, P.C. in 1999. He serves the legal needs of local families seeking expert, friendly counsellors capabile of transforming complex situations into simple, strong, legal solutions. A long standing member of the National Network of Elder Law Attorneys, Peter addresses the complex, legal issues surrounding Elder Care in a wholistic, compassionate manner. He crafts estate plans that respectfully address the wishes of the elder client, while welcoming the elder client's children and/or trusted advisors to participate in the process. The end result is an expertly crafted estate plan that everyone feels good about and, most importantly, works the way the client intends.
