My predicament started in the early months of 2019 when I was arrested at my home by ICE and spent a month in detention. I met Matthew while in detention where I was facing deportation. Prior to Matthew, I had attained legal counsel services over the years by immigration lawyers whose advise did not have favorable outcomes - my money was taken knowing that the process they were recommending were not congruent to the immigration laws.
