Michael Dwan

Mr Dwan is a very professional and competent lawyer. I was forced to evict a tenant and Mr Dwan explained the process to me and handled everything. He communicated very well and always fought for my best interest. I couldn't thank him enough.

Eviction

A man of his word , he said that they would be out anytime between now and three months / two weeks later they have left . Fees was very reasonable, outcome was second to none, would do business with again. Thanks

Worst Decision

Mike failed to notify me of a court order even though it pertained to an action I had specifically asked him about, and even denied producing this documentation for another lawyer when I switched for other reasons. This resulted in the absolute worst outcome possible that tarnished my reputation and ...that I'm still fighting to rectify with my case that's be pending after a year and a half. Terrible counsel, I would have been better off representing myself.

SUPER HELPFUL -- MUST CALL BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS

Michael walked me through all of my options, via the phone. He was clear and spot on. I will definitely keep his number in a safe place for future reference.
