don't bother calling him after your case is done he does not return phone calls

I called Mike Dwan 6 months after my case to see what could be done about something with the DMV, I've called him 4 times and i'm still waiting for a response. SO when he's done with your case he's really totally done with U. I do not recommend hims he's all talk. If I could go back and use some...one else I would do it.

When i didnt know what to do!

i hired Michael to represent my daughter while she was arrested for a city court matter. He made us feel so comfortable with the situation which we took to be a very scary one. He went over and above for our family. I felt his fees were reasonable, his suggestions were on point on how he was going... to handle the case and most of all we KNEW WE WERE IN GOOD HANDS AND HIRED THE BEST ATTORNEY. The end result was a favorable one and we are thankful that he is our GOTO attorney! I would recommend him in confidence. We thank you. A++++++++++++++

Traffic ticket

Michael was very helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend this law office if you need help with traffic tickets in Ny. Speeding ticket pled down to a $50 parking ticket for West Seneca. Thank you Michael!

Never showed up to my arraignment.

Mike is a very intelligent lawyer, and is definitely one of the best. My problem was that he wasn't great with communication like his reviews say he is. I had more than one instance where I did not receive a response after contacting him. When it came time for arraignment, he never showed up; he just... had his assistant come instead. If I was given a heads-up beforehand, I wouldn't have had a problem with it. She (his assistant) was very knowledgeable, and is a good lawyer. I'm just not a fan of surprises, especially not in criminal court.

Barry I'm a little surprised to hear this from you. My understanding is that your somewhat serious criminal charge was wrapped up in its entirety in 1 Court appearance with no criminal record, no jail, no probation, no evaluation, etc. As you know, we are one of the busiest criminal defense firms in Buffalo, which is why I rely on associate attorneys to handle some misdemeanor arraignments. Sorry to "disappoint" Barry. Best of luck.

Speeding ticket
