I was arrested for DWI, unsafe lane change and not updating the address on my driver's license. I also refused a chemical test. Tim was extremely helpful. He put my mind at ease, and calmly walked through all of the potential outcomes. While we lost the refusal hearing, Tim was able to get the non-DW...I charges reduced to a parking ticket. He was also able to get the DWI charges reduced to DWAI after successfully cross-examining the police officer during testimony. I had a lapse in judgement and thought that I could drive my vehicle whilst impaired to get home from a friends house.
