A DWI can be a nerve racking experience, and for many people this may be their first time needing an attorney for a legal matter. I know this was something that I personally experience and navigating the legal system on my own was a terrifying prospect. However, I called around to many local attorneys and can honestly say Tom Trbovich and his team were genuinely the only attorneys that made me feel like we were in this together from start to finish. They made my needs their priority, and helped ensure my future was safe despite a foolish mistake that I created. Truthfully, by the end of my case Tom felt more like part of my family beyond being a phenomenal attorney. Thomas Trbovich is an excellent DWI attorney

Mr. Trbovich responded to my situation with alacrity and was up to speed on my case within minutes. He encouraged me to call him at any time to ease my mind. He is extremely familiar with the many varied town courts in the area and formulated a strategy within hours. Him and his team show up for hearings promptly and prepare me very well.

Drug case

Tom is not just an excellent lawyer but a truly awesome human being with a passion for his job and the best interests of his client, no matter how difficult the challenge, how frustrating the bureaucracy, or how long it takes to reach a successful outcome. Excellent job

DWI Case

Tom and his team were absolutely fantastic. Tom fare exceeded my expectations. I would give him a 6 star review if I could. Not only did he get the DWI reduced to a DWAI, he also got the refusal to blow dropped. As well as another charged reduced to a parking ticket. If you are reading this I am sorry for your situation. But don't make another bad decision. Choose Tom he's the only man for the job.

Very competent well respected attorney

No comparison

I found myself in a situation that I never thought I would be in. I reached to the Trbovich law firm after 1 AM thinking I'd probably just get a voice mail or perhaps an associate however Tom picked up himself. He was very comforting and reassuring and helped me through one of the worst nights of my life. From there, he personally took my case, something I was not expecting as I figured I would be passed on to an associate or partner. He was open and honest throughout the entire process. For an aggravated DWI, I knew that my best bet was having this reduced to a DWI. However, Tom fought for me and worked with the DA, reducing me to an impaired in less than 3 months time from when I was first arrested. I don't think any other lawyer could have had this reduced let alone in this short amount of time. I would absolutely recommend Tom Trbovich to anyone that finds themselves in this situation. This is your life and you deserve a second chance and Tom will help to provide that to you. There is no comparison

Felony DWI/AUO

Hired Tom back in February 2018 after being charged with a felony DWI and AUO. Tom was persistent and empathetic. He put up with my constant texts as things ran through my mind. After about 9 months we paired up with another lawyer and ended up getting, what would have been my 3rd DWI reduced to a DWAI with a minimal fine and a conditional discharge.

Outstanding !!!

I hired Tom in August of 2017. I was charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor . All of the charges were dwi related and it was my third one in ten years. This man was patient ,informative , attentive, and most of all results driven. He accomplished what seemed to be the impossible. The felonies were thrown out and the misdemeanor was wittled down to a failure to produce a license . Totally unrelated to alcohol. I kept my license and am happy to pay a minimum fine . Thank you Mr . Tom Trbovich. I would hire him and his team again in a minute . If you need a tremendous defense attorney for any reason ..... Go with Tom Trbovich and his team.

Gave me back my dignity

After getting my first DWI the level of shame and blame was unbearable but his assurance was so totally comforting. Tom helped me maintain my perspective and self-respect. Tom and everyone went above and beyond!

I could not be happier with the services Tom Trbovich and his staff offered. After taking my case based on nothing more then a mutual friend, they were able to get my tickets knocked down and all my fees waived. But beyond the results, what really impressed me was their sense of commitment. Not only did Tom personally drive 2.5 hours through Buffalo snow just to make it to court, butbwhen he discovered that I was using personal time to leave work for the day, he straight up told me to forget about going in, and go right back to work. He and his staff took care of everything, and I never even needed to see the court room in person. If this is the level of service I received despite being a last minute client for a minor traffic ticket, I can only imagine how they treat their longer term clients. Truly this form went above and beyond for me, and I couldn’t recommend them better.

Professional Personal Attention

Tom Trbovich handled my daughter's recent speeding ticket. She was a junior driver and was facing a license suspension. He was very attentive and professional. Tom was able to get charges reduced to parking tickets. Thank you!

Skilled, experienced, and compassionate

Tom is an excellent attorney who went above and beyond with my case. He did not rush it through the system, but rather took the time to explore a number of options to get to the absolute best possible conclusion for my situation. In addition, he showed true compassion towards me when he knew that this was an extremely stressful time in my life. He spent time "painting the picture" to the judge and DA of who I really am as a person outside of the courtroom and outside of my given situation. I felt comfortable with Tom through the entire process, and while I hope I will never need him again on a professional level, I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing an experienced, well-connected, and knowledgeable attorney.

Great dwi defense

Tom and his team of attorney's were very thorough and informative, consistently in contact with me about everything I needed to know! They are all very personable and down to earth and talk to you like an equal human being.
