To be completely honest, he comes off as an arrogant ass... but, all in all, he knows what he's talking about. He gave me straight up advice, and I did exactly what he said, it ended up working in my favor. I didn't hire him and strictly had a few exchanges through message with him. He's blunt to the point where it may come off as rude... but I mean, I guess get thicker skin. Would not hesitate to hire him if I needed to simply based off of the fact that he's straight forward, and seems knowledgeable.

He was always available if you need it to speak with him on the phone and I never had to wait hours for him to call me back if I called late or on weekends His work was very professional and not very expensive I think he represents how real lawyer should be and most lawyers that I dealt before weRe just trying to squeeze more money out of me

I received a theft of services ticket for jumping the subway turnstile. I had purchased a monthly metro card two days prior but it was not reading correctly as I swiped 12 times. My train was pulling in and my mom had already entered without seeing me stranded. I jumped and an officer pulled me aside and gave me a ticket even though I explained to him the situation. The officer assured me it was the most minor ticket I could receive but I was still very worried. I wish to go to law school one day and I do not want anything to be on my record. When I came to see John Brosnan he calmed me down and told me that the ticket was indeed very basic and payment would suffice the matter. The over-achiever in me wanted John to fight the ticket. But John kept insisting that I fight the ticket myself because the lightness of the issue did not require a lawyer. I still wanted no part of going to court at the slight chance of tarnishing my record. It got to the point where John told me that I would be saving money if I represented myself and I understood this but I still wanted him to handle everything. I was surprised by how concerned he was about my best interest even if it cost him an easy client. In the end I hired John and he quickly had the matter dismissed and I could not have been happier.

John was pleasant from the begging and seemed to really care about me and my situation. Patiently listening and taking all my questions, he calmly explained the legal landscape ahead and how we would navigate it. He was always quick to respond to calls or emails, and he was available for in-person visits whenever I wanted. He outlined what we could expect in my case, and it went according to plan. He even attended my court date so I didn't have to, causing no interruption to my regular work day. All in all, I would highly recommend him!

I hired John at Lance Fletcher's office to help a fiend of mine who got into a little trouble. John works on criminal cases only and was able to meet with my friend the same day he called and took the case for a very reasonable fee. It wasn't an easy case but John is someone who understands when emotions are running high and he kept fighting the charges and eventually got it worked out with a great outcome. THANKS JOHN!!

He answered my question quick, however was somewhat mean in his response. He made me feel like I was stupid. I felt hopeless after our brief consultation. Not everyone is a hardened criminal people make mistakes and nothings worse than an attorney that doesn't understand that. He spoke to me as if I were a piece of dirt.
