Straight shooter and extremely communicative

Never planned on ever having to use an attorney for the case i needed one for, but i am so glad that Mike was waiting for me at the arraignment. I am pretty sure my case woudn't have ended so well without Mike at the helm; thanks for all your hard work Mike. Highly recommended and 5 Star.

Don't let the bowtie fool you. I didn't.

I had received a speeding ticket on 198-West. The state trooper had me going 54mph in a 30mph zone. As I'm from out of state (Michigan), I was unfamiliar with the area and its (incredibly) low speed limit. I was looking at a SIX-point ticket. Mike was able to have it plead down to Jaywalking with ZER...O points. Sure, I paid a fine but that was always to be expected. He and his paralegal (Mollie) were great throughout the entire process. HIGHLY recommended. No complaints.

Me. Dwan The Best Lawyer.

Mr Dwan, My son needed a lawyer. Mr. Dwan was referred to my son for criminal matters. My son myself and my father had a consultation with Michael pertaining to my sons situation. Michael explain every aspect of the outcome that could possibly arrive. He was very curious, efficient and truthful. I... would recommend his law firm to everyone I know. Giant Thumbs Up

Are you feeling helpless with a criminal case? Is your case not getting enough attention through public defenders that it deserves? Did you get talked or persuaded into a plea agreement that was not fit? If you're reading this and you are in the same shoe I was, I encourage you to take a look at Amy ...and Mike for excellent representation. Mike and Amy are not only professional individuals, but extremely personable as well.They are timely people who are accommodating and dedicated to your needs. Personally, i felt as if i could tell them my whole life story, along with my case, without any judgement at all. When Mike and Amy appear at court with a criminal case they make sure the client is heard, and focus on the positives of the individual.This was something i never experienced with my court assigned public defender before I retained Mike and Amy. Court dates can be very nerve racking, and from my experience, Mike and Amy made me feel like an actual person, not just another case number. They make sure all the positives of my life were said in court, not just my accusations. They also made me feel like my case was just a stepping stone into my new life, and gave me valid, relevant advice. They reassured my faith and hope with my life and have done excellent work for me. To come to an end, Mike and Amy are firstly outstanding attorneys, but never fall short of being genuine professionals.

Excellent Attorney

He represented me years ago for a somewhat severe charge, and in one town court appearance, I left with the charge dismissed and no record. I am very thankful Mike represented me and helped me avoid a criminal record, which enabled me to build my career/life.
