To the point and fast help
Had an issue with my license and could not get anyone on phone to figure out what to do. Instead of driving to district personally to get someone’s attention I hired Richard and just over a week later paperwork was sent to me and I’m in process of taking care of this issue. Thank you Richard Shaw!

Excellent attorney
Richard got my traffic ticket reduced to a parking ticket, with no points and no school, and spared me a visit to traffic court which would have cost me money at work. He was also very reasonably priced and was a great communicator through the whole process.

Spot on case analysis and outcome
This was something not expected for us. We had limited time and funds because we were from out of state. Mr Shaw consulted with us and advised us on how to proceed. He didn’t sugar coat anything but gave honest insight on what could occur which Included the best outcome and a possible worse outcome. He was confident that he could get good results and he did exactly what he shared. In less than 2 hours we were on our way home with charges dropped, a sealed record and at a fraction of the fee other NY lawyers were charging. We are grateful to God for leading us to Mr Shaw and even more grateful for the outcome!

Mr. Shaw is AMAZING!!!
Mr. Shaw is hands down the best attorney in WNY! I have had lingering issues for years and even high end, very well advertised attorneys couldn't get done what Mr. Shaw did. His prices were beyond reasonable and he went above and beyond to get resolution, in my favor, for my decades old charge, history clearing. For certificates of relief from disability he is the ONLY one of the attorneys I had try to resolve this, to actually get it done. I wish I could give a 100 star review!!! Use Mr. Shaw for all of your legal needs, he WILL NOT let you down!! Thank you again Richard for the amazing work!!!!

Very accommodating
I Retained services with Richard Shaw for a friend of mine. My first contact with him was on a Wednesday evening at about 8pm. He went out of his way to meet me on Thursday evening and was in court for the case on Friday morning. The resolution was exactly as he promised. His price was reasonable and I couldn't believe he took care of things so quickly. He followed up with me right after court since I couldn't attend and he has continued to answer questions and lend a helping hand even though the his work in the case is finished. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding Service Provided
Richard Shaw is a top notch professional. The services he provided were impeccable. He returned all phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions while also offering informed suggestions that benefitted me greatly before we when before the judge. He was willing to travel and provided a very fair price to come to court outside the Buffalo area. He was very friendly and intentive to all the details provided in regards to my defense. Though I was quite worried about the outcome of my case, his understanding of my charges and ability to state a positive spin on the situation was quite a relief. The verdict was basically exactly what he expected and i couldn’t be more happy with how things turned out. Look no further, this is the man you want in your corner if you have legal issues. 10/10 review... thanks again, Mr. Shaw.

Amazing lawyer
Richard is an amazing lawyer who will sit down and study your case to the fullest degree no matter how serious or non serious it may be. I came into court looking at some jail time that would ruin my chances of completing my senior year of high school until Richard himself went above and beyond to speak with my old probation officer, and even got him to help defend me in my case. The result of my case was just a surcharge of $205, couldn't thank Richard enough for such a successful court date! !!! Very affordable and highly recommended !!!
