Mr. Saraceno got me the best possible outcome for my case and I’m convinced that another attorney could not have done any better for me. Got myself in a bad situation and did not know where to turn. Friends and family had recommendations and I needed all the help I could get. I had a lot of questions for a couple of lawyers trying to figure his all out and ultimately choose to hire Dominic. Dominic came across as a guy that got straight to the point. No shades of grey. Told me the exact process and what he was going to have done. My case was resolved and reduced with all other violations being cleared in 1 sitting. Insurance Fraud
Let me be right up front: I was guilty of insurance fraud and admitted as much when first approached by the FBI. I thought my life as I knew it would soon be over and in some ways that turned out to be true. I called Dominic Saraceno and asked for help. Dominic was kind, forthright, and sincerely interested in taking my case. He did every thing he could to help reduce my inevitable sentencing. I ended up paying a fine but miraculously, I did no jail time. Dominic fought hard for me and through his diligence convinced the court to greatly lessen my sentence. Months later I had two different people phone me telling me that the reason for their call was to help acclimate me to what to expect from life behind bars. Both callers were surprised to learn that I was not going to prison. They couldn't believe it. I have Dominic Saraceno to thank for that. He did an outstanding job as my lawyer.
