Biography
I strongly believe that if you are going to do a job, you should do it well. Upon graduating law school in 1987, my first job was within the Court building involving daily court appearances. Later I became a founding partner in the Law Firm of Askinas & Miller. While there, I was in charge of managing all the Criminal, Traffic and Personal Injury cases. Over time, the law firm grew from one office location to three office locations.
I take great pride in my client relationships and have earned a positive reputation within the fields of my practice. The Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, which rates lawyers based on anonymous evaluation by peer lawyers, annually awards me an excellent rating for legal competence and ethical standards. Many of my clients are referred by other clients and law firms.

Do yourself a favor and hire him
Highly recommend. Reliable, timely and trustworthy. Money well spent to hire him, he got my six point speeding ticket reduced to a zero point non moving violation with a fine. I'm happy with that. I'd hire him again if I ever needed to!

Highly recommended lawyer!!!
He did an amazing job to get all my 5 tickets dismissed at a very reasonable fee. 2 of the 5 tickets I got were uninsured vehicle and unregistered vehicle tickets. If convicted of driving without insurance, I might lose my license for a year plus fines of about $1000. Also, the revoked registration ...

Gary has such good relationships within the courts that he was able to get two tickets totaling 8 points reduced to a fine and no points.
