Great lawyer

Gary represented me on previous traffic violations. It is great to have someone who is well-versed in the Nassau county traffic law. His professional expertise and experience allowed him to successfully adjudicate my legal entanglements. I recommend Gary Miller to anyone needing such assistance.

He's the best!

I made a mistake of pleading by mail as guilty for an insurance violation despite being insured. I also had an equipment violation issued at the same time. Mr. Miller was able to get both dismissed for me the day after talking to me. He was responsive to emails and even called me on Labor Day. ... Just like the other reviewers described he called when he said he would and got the job done. Fees were reasonable for such quick service. If I ever have an issue again I would call him immediately. If you should find this review while nervously searching for answers to a similar problem know that you're in very good hands.

From 3 tickets to $0 fine, 0 point

Due to a traffic situation on LIE, I was backing out from the entrance to the service road while going across the zebra line, I was pulled over by a crazy police man. He issued me 3 (!) tickets from one incident which was going to send me to two different courts same date same time! That drove me ...mad. I found Gary from Avvo and immediately called him. We discussed briefly over the phone and I sent him the copy of the 3 tickets. One month later, he managed to merge all tickets into one court. Two months later he filed motions to the traffic court. Three months later a traffic judge dismissed all three tickets. So I got no fine, no point eventually. What else can I say? You got ticket to fight for? Get the best lawyer, get Gary Miller!

The best traffic ticket attorney

I was issued two moving violation tickets at the same time(speeding and red light). I believe this will give me four points each on my drivers license, I called Gary after reading his client reviews. He called me back immediately and explained the procedure to me. He assured me he was going to try hi...s best despite the severity of the tickets. To my surprise, the two tickets were dismissed. I didn't have to appear in court nor was I called for anything, Gary took care of it for me. I hired an attorney three years ago for speeding ticket, he got my money without resolving the ticket. He missed the hearings and I was not informed of the proceedings. I ended up paying for the ticket plus fines and penalties. I cannot emphasis it more, Gary is the best attorney for speeding/traffic tickets. Thank you Gary from the bottom of my heart.

Great Lawyer.

Got my traffic ticket of 6 points down to a no points parking ticket. He will keep you informed and always call you back by the end of the day. Will defiantly recommend him to friends and family.
