Excellent Lawyer

I had two tickets: a missing tail-light, and a speeding ticket for going 60 in a 30. This was my first set of tickets and I did not know what to do and me being a "high risk driver" I was afraid that my insurance premium would increase dramatically. I called a friend and he recommended that I speak t...o Attorney Gary Miller. His office is located in Bay Shore, and I met with him and he assured me that he can and will lower my points. So I trusted him, and gave him $450 to defend my case in court. I was not disappointment later to find that he had my 6-point speeding ticket reduced to a 0-point parking ticket, and also the tail-light ticket was dismissed. I was very pleased with his professionalism and services,. Hopefully I won't need his services again--but if I do I will definitely contact him again. Would I recommend Attorney Gary Miller? Absolutely...you won't regret it.

WOW Gary did a terrific job with my tickets, don't want to brag, but this guy is the best in the area!!!! It's very hard finding a great lawyer when you are a few hundred miles away, my decisions to hire Gary based on the reviews I read. Gary is the best lawyer

I was pulled over and received 7 tickets; Gary was able to dismiss them all. He is a leading expert within his respective field and his knowledge and confidence is evident in his service. He understands all the angles and the in and outs of how to build a strong defense. He communicates on time and i...s very responsive. Thank Goodness for Mr. Miller!!!!!

Mr. Gary Miller SAVED MY LICENSE. I could not be more thankful of this man. Not only did I not have to attend court and take a day off of work but Mr. Miller was much more effective than fighting tickets myself. Gary gets the job done! If I ever get another summons on Long Island I will DEFINITELY ...contact Gary again!

Gary Miller An attorney who is highly recommended

On December 2, 2016 I was given a moving violation that carried 3 points and substantial fines. Until that day I was unaware that a moving violation could even be contested. Web research suggested I find an attorney that was proficient in that area of law. I chose Gary Miller of Bay Shore New Yo...rk because he had many positive reviews. Mr. Miller agreed to meet me that very afternoon and immediately reassured me that he could help me. He was also extremely pleasant and charged a very reasonable fee. I was fortunate to find Mr. Miller. His positive reviews were clearly warranted.He succeeded in having both the violation and fines dismissed. I highly recommend him and have brought his name to the attention of family and friends. I remain very grateful for his work and his kindness.
