I was facing 8 points for 2 speeding tickets within 4 weeks of each other due to a faulty speedometer. The local prosecutor did not want to hear it. So, I knew I had to get an attorney to fight it. I contacted Glenn's office from a recomme.ration by another local attorney. His office staff was super helpful, professional and efficient. They listened to my story, asked questions and immediately spoke with Glenn to see if he could help. They got back to me within an hour and offered me 2 possibilities. One would include points (non-speeding) and the other was zero points with a large fine. The fee to represent my 2 cases was very reasonable and affordable. I thought for sure I would get points no matter what, but surprisingly enough, Glenn was able to negotiate and get me the best case scenario, which was no points. It was an absolute relief and pleasure working with Glenn and his law firm. Thank you!

I had seven tickets. Two of them were misdemeanors. He got them brought down to one fine and no points on my license. Got both the misdemeanors dropped. He was able to appear for me since I am no longer in NY. His staff is also very polite! Always answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

My son had 2nd speeding ticket in a year (dumb on his part). 2nd ticket could have totalled 6pts and suspension for him easily. Not only did we get a free consultation, but since my son was away at college and Mr. Magnell appeared in court on his behalf and had speeding ticket reduced to a minor parking infraction, saving his licence and his future continuing to drive. One of my son's friends happened to be in court the same night Mr. Magnell was in court addressing my son's ticket and contacted him asking him where did he get his lawyer because he knew his stuff and was darn good. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Magnell.
