Biography
I strongly believe that if you are going to do a job, you should do it well. Upon graduating law school in 1987, my first job was within the Court building involving daily court appearances. Later I became a founding partner in the Law Firm of Askinas & Miller. While there, I was in charge of managing all the Criminal, Traffic and Personal Injury cases. Over time, the law firm grew from one office location to three office locations.
I take great pride in my client relationships and have earned a positive reputation within the fields of my practice. The Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, which rates lawyers based on anonymous evaluation by peer lawyers, annually awards me an excellent rating for legal competence and ethical standards. Many of my clients are referred by other clients and law firms.

I got pulled over on the LIE and got slapped with 4 tickets. 3 were nonsense and 1 I deserved for speeding. The 12 points totaled up to me losing my license. So at first, upon meeting Gary, i felt as if he was a little too aggressive. However, he was aggressive due to the fact that he knew what he was doing.
