I was ripped off and scammed so badly by a dealership in Queens NY, I was overcharged near to $10,000. I hired David Kasell and that's one of the best decision's I made. He provides excellent service and is extremely dedicated. There was never a time that I called his office and he didn't get back to... me within an half hour tops. Situations like this can be so stressful. However, David get's the job done and all for a reasonable price. I hope to never be in this situation again to have David represent me, but I WILL recommend Mr. David Kasell to everyone and anyone who is in need of a of his services.

Thank goodness for David Kasell! He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated and went completely above and beyond on my case - working together for the past 3 months, David was able to help the vendor realize that it was in their best interest to settle out of court... when I thought fo...r sure we were headed to trial. David walked me through the details of each step of the legal process (as this was all new to me) and really helped me to see the facts before making my decision to move forward in a certain direction. I felt confident we had a strong case, based on David's experience and I trusted his advice.....and in the end, I got exactly what I was asking for, from the vendor. David is a great lawyer, I would recommend him to anyone. I hired him for a lemon law case I had against ford/lincoln . This was a very difficult case and because of his knowledge and professionalism we won this case against ford/lincoln and I was refunded my money and relinquished from the lease. H...e was always there to answer the phone when I had a question and was very patient and explanatory with all of my concerns. He is very professional, punctual and prepared lawyer. I had not one worry the day of my hearing because he had everything prepared and ready to present. I am very thankful to have found a great lawyer and nice person like him to work with.
