I recently leased a car and got scammed by a dealership in Long island New York. Upon coming home i reviewed my paper work and noticed that it had been switched and the price was almost 10k of what i had agreed upon. i contacted them immediately and was told that although i was right that it was to ...late to make any corrections and i would just have to deal with. The scammers eventually stopped taking my calls. I knew i would have to retain a lawyer to be able to recoup any of my money. I reached out to a number of so called super lawyers and was most never even returned my calls and the ones that did all said the same thing. That Although i indeed got scammed my case was not worth there time. i was extremely upset frustrated beginning to think these scammers would get away with it. I refused to give up and continued my search and eventually came across David Kasell. Not only did David evaluate my case for free but agreed to take it on. Knowing my situation David agreed to work with me on his fees and we came to a very reasonable agreement. I submitted all my evidence and David assured me he would make things right. I must say this has been one of the most pleasant and beneficial experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. I purchased a car from the dealership online. The car looked great in the pictures and the salesman said there was no issues with the car. When the car was delivered 14 days later and was able to look at it in person there was damage to the car / problems not identified by the car dealer to me. The e...stimated damage to repair was 15k. The dealership would not answer my calls and put me on hold until it hung up on me. Also, I did not receive title to the car so I couldn't register the car in my state.
