This Firm is great! I have not had much experience with lawyers let alone a lemon law. They stepped up and took control so I had very minimal to do other than explain my situation. Without their help I would have never received any compensation for the issues with my vehicle. They explained the process and went to work; all I had to do was agree to a final settlement and sign papers; thats it. I would use them again and again. After having my truck in the shop for 44 days I decided it was time to refer my situation to Kimmel and Silverman. Ms. Herritt litigated my case and as a result I was fully compensated for my vehicle which the manufacturer bought back.
