I recently leased a car and got scammed by a dealership in Long island New York. Upon coming home i reviewed my paper work and noticed that it had been switched and the price was almost 10k of what i had agreed upon. i contacted them immediately and was told that although i was right that it was to ...late to make any corrections and i would just have to deal with. The scammers eventually stopped taking my calls. I knew i would have to retain a lawyer to be able to recoup any of my money. I reached out to a number of so called super lawyers and was most never even returned my calls and the ones that did all said the same thing. That Although i indeed got scammed my case was not worth there time. i was extremely upset frustrated beginning to think these scammers would get away with it. Because I didn’t have any experience in purchasing a car, I felt I was totally taken advantage of. I purchased a car from a dealership I had been leasing from for years.
