I am a Bilingual attorney (Spanish and English), Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Elder Law with vast experience in elder law, estate planning, special needs planning, guardianship, and probate. I also graduated from law school and practiced law in Asuncion, Paraguay, South America for 5 years.
I help families protect assets against long term care costs when a senior family member may be in need of long term care. I also help veterans obtain pension benefits. People with disabilities and with special needs are also amongst the clients that I serve, particularly when they need to preserve and maintain important public benefits.
In the estate planning arena, I work with families in creating and implementing estate plans that work by preparing and funding customized wills, trusts, durable powers of attorneys, health care surrogate, and living wills.
I also counsel clients when a family member has been diagnosed with Dementia or Alzheimer's. If guardianship is necessary, I represent the family member who will be appointed guardian.
When a loved one passed away, I help families administer the estate by conducting probate administration in the most efficient way possible.
