David is to good to be true!

To those who want to get straight to the point. David Kasell is the Lawyers lawyer. This man got my sons down payment back with ease. Now for those who like a good read and would love to find out how he did it. Sit back, relax with a cup of Joe and enjoy the ride. David Kasell is worth the time that ...it will take me to write about our experience. My son and I purchased a vehicle from a dealer who shall not be mentioned. We were woooed and wowed by the words of sales rep and the financier and the way they presented themselves. They made us feel at home. offered us lunch. Spoke to us about their family. We laughed together. We shared stories together. They made us feel at ease, so when it came down to the numbers. We trusted that they were correct. Going over what we thought was decent numbers. We were sold. The numbers went like this... $23,999 for the vehicle. With registration, taxes, warranty etc. The total was around 27,999 or something very close to that. We were asked how much are we putting down. My son said "$8,000." "Congratulations!" The financier told us. "You are approved for $35,000." My son and I looked at each other and said. "Great!" We figured that the down payment of $8000 would bring down the cost of the vehicle from $27,999 to around $20,000 or so (given that the numbers are not exact but very close). This is where things get SPICY... so the loan of $35,000 thousand was the actual finance charge with a APR of 4+% the total came out to $39,000... Again. Remember. Throughout all this time we were being woooed and wowed by the staff and all personnel. They made sure we were comfortable. Mind you. while talking to us. They were passing papers (the contract). "Just sign here." "Sign here." "Don't forget here." "What do you think about the Yankees?" "Sign this too." By this time it was getting late and we were so desponded that we just signed not really reading every thing. We thought they had our best interest at hand the way they made us feel so accepted and appreciated. We never saw this as a tactic to make us lose sight of reading everything. They next day when we got up and the excitement of my son buying his first car (with daddy cosigning of course) died down. We looked at the contract and felt something was off. When we dug a little deeper we wanted to throw up. We felt ashamed, embarrassed, used, stupid, and confused; like what the heck just happened. They got us. They really got us. Here's where it gets super SPICY... Now enters David Kasell. We looked him up on google search and there he was. Well not actually. Their were a lot of other lawyers to choose from but David's reviews were hands down the best, so my son and I made the call. Surprisingly he answered the phone. Let me say that again. David Kasell himself picked up the phone. His voice alone when he answers, tells you that he's a winner (you will understand what I mean when you call and hear for yourself) He asks you "how can I help you." David... I mean Mr. Kasell listens intently and then asks "so what would you like to do," and from there depending on your response; builds a plan around your suggestion. This is so important because it doesn't leave you out of the picture. This approach actually involves you making you feel powerful with a voice which has something to say about being taking advantage of. After a plan is drawn up. David go's to work and he always gets back to you personally. Also if you have something to add to the plan that was made. He executes it to your satisfaction and as all the reviews proves positive. You can trust that the outcome will be a favorable one. Just like my son and I were very happy with our results. The experience is one that my son and I were fortunate to have. David if your reading this I want to say THANK YOU!

MR Ryan

David Kasell is Amazing! From the initial phone call David was empathic to my “frantic phone call.” The dealership had not paid off my auto loan on a trade in, and they were giving me the runaround when I reached out for answers. Just by me giving him the name of the dealership and his response, I c...ould tell that google had led me to the right attorney. David requested documents and walked me through the process. Within 2 days my auto loan was paid by the dealership.

Took my case when all other attorneys turned me away

The case was settled out of court within 2 weeks of retaining him. It was a False advertising and lending act case. I had signed a contract paying way more for my car then the car was advertised and the dealership lied about bank fees. The dealership offered a deal and David Kasell negotiated with th...em until I was happy with the money amount offered. If i was not happy with their deal David had no problem going further and litigating with them in court. I highly recommend giving him a call if you have any car dealership issues hes an honest and truthful lawyer who was upfront about risks and gave truthful advise regarding the case.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
