I was in the middle of foreclosure proceedings and hired a loan modification company. They charged me $2500.00 said they were going to help me save my house. I did all the work with the banks they just told me what to do. I called them for help because the bank needed info. To my surprise they closed... shop. Took my money and ran. I tried doing it on my own. Bank gave me modification and then rescinded on it.
