Biography
If you're looking for someone who worked his way to an MBA and JD after working decades in business and education, who knows what it is like to buy a house, raise children, deal with money issues, wade through government red tape, and to deal with those who are less than honest in their behavior, who owns a small business, and changed careers because justice is important to me, then I look forward to hearing from you. I'm the grandson of immigrants, tough people who came here for an opportunity and learned English and brought success eventually to my family, but dealt with discrimination and difficulty in the workplace like many of you along the way.
I've experienced things in life that many other lawyers with my legal experience could not possibly have seen. Years of business experience, management experience, technology experience, government experience and experience in the law provides me with a unique vision of your problems, from many perspectives. While I speak English, I welcome clients from anywhere who seek help.

Very helpful with traffic ticket
Mr. Popovich gave me excellent advice re: dealing with a traffic ticket. My charge was reduced to a zero point violation with a much smaller related fee than I had anticipated paying.
