Your debt problems have solutions will not be as simple as deeding all your property to someone else or lying about what you own. I promise not to advise you on fashion, so please don't tell me what your hairdresser advised you to do. Also, please don't tell me about the guy you heard about who ran up his credit cards before he filed bankruptcy. Funny how no one ever seems to know the guy's name. Real solutions to the problems require professional analysis, time, education, and effort. The problems did not develop overnight, neither will the solutions. Call me for an experienced ear and insighful suggestions to solve your debt problems. And oh, don't call if you are just shopping for the lowest price, you won't find it here.

I had a simple question regarding a car in regards to planning to file Chapter 7. My question was a simple one that no other attorney could or would answer for me immediately. All I needed was to understand the exemption situation and he explained it perfectly! Thank you!

He took an incorrectly filed bankruptcy case which was used to stop a foreclosure sale and got a hearing within 10 days of the filing to get it anullled and the sale went through. Fast. Efficient. And knowledgeable.
