About me

Your debt problems have solutions. Those solutions will not be as simple as deeding all your property to someone else or lying about what you own. I promise not to advise you on fashion, so please don't tell me what your hairdresser advised you to do.  Also, please don't tell me about the guy you heard about who ran up his credit cards before he filed bankruptcy.  Funny how no one ever seems to know the guy's name.  Real solutions to the problems require professional analysis, time, education, and effort. The problems did not develop overnight, neither will the solutions.  Call me for an experienced ear and insighful suggestions to solve your debt problems.  And oh, don't call if you are just shopping for the lowest price, you won't find it here.

Kevin is a brilliant bankruptcy attorney with a passion for practicing law. He is truly a “lawyer’s lawyer”—able to analyze complicated legal issues on the fly and easily make cogent legal arguments to the Court. I have referred many clients to Kevin, and each of them has uniformly reported exceptional service. I highly recommend Kevin to those in need of bankruptcy representation.

  1. Public Reprimand
    issued in FL, 2013

    updated

Public reprimand means the attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar warns the lawyer in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.

Kevin’s comment: “I have complied with all requirements of the reprimand and remain in good standing with The Florida Bar and all Courts in which I practice.”
