Mr. DeChance and his secretary were very helpful to our family over the years with a few legal issues we have had. Mr DeChance was just terrific. We lived in our Miller Place home for 25 years and raised our 2 children there. When they were adults and pursuing their own careers and it was time to sell the property, my wife and I had many questions. Mr DeChance came and answered all our questions and gave me a "to... do" list. The cloud was lifted. Then he mapped out a strategy to present the property through a Realtor we had chosen.
