Tsui Yee is a very experienced lawyer who worked on my O-1B visa in 2019. In our first consultation meeting, Ms. Yee meticulously looked at my resume and asked me pertinent questions about my career as a journalist, to then give me a comprehensive explanation of my possibilities and explain how my ap...plication could be improved. She has a clear understanding of immigration law unlike other lawyers I consulted (others had to google responses to very obvious questions), and she is always very updated on how the legal system works under the current administration. Once I hired Ms. Yee, she was always available to respond to questions by email or phone, or to meet personally, and give me advice regarding the documents I had to collect for the application portfolio. She filled carefully the required documentation, giving a lot of attention to detail, and kept me updated on the progress of the application. Two weeks after the application was filed, we received an RFE (Request for More Evidence), and she quickly informed me about the best way to respond, which we were able to do in just two days.
