O-1 Visa

It's the second time I work with Tsui: first time was to get my O-1 visa and recently to renew it. Tsui is super responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy, plus very friendly and nice to work it.

I must say she is great

Well Ms Tsui H Yee is one of the best so far. i met with two more lawyer one doesn't have time for me and the other one disappointed me as well as discouraged me telling me that i have a weak case, then some one recommend me for Ms Tsui. She was too kind to me even most of the time i was late for my ...appointment but she didn't mind. She heard my case and then work on my case along with her partner. she told me that you have a big reason and a very good chance to be granted as she was right and with in 2-3 months the US government granted me asylum thanks to her. I am always thankful to her as she is the best and i recommend most of the people when asked from me . Even my friends always say that your attorney is the best its your luck and the effort of her that you got your status in no time.

Strongly recommend!

Ms. Yee did such a great job on my H1B petition . She is a very engaged, knowledgeable, and professional immigrant attorney. She was very responsible and capable when desling with challenges in my case. She is definitely the first choice for me in the future. I strongly recommend her!

Strongly recommended: Tsui H.Yee, Guerrero Yee LLP In August of this year, I got my 10 year green card. My immigration lawyer was Tsui H.Yee who did a tremendous amount of work to get my case approved. Tsui is an 'angel' lawyer. In March 2011, I went to see a Chinese lawyer in Flushing, NY. He w...as very bad - tried to induce me to pay him, but once I paid him to perform legal work, he claimed that I only paid him a consultation fee and that I needed to pay him more. He was such a terrible lawyer, that I was ashamed that he was Chinese and taking advantage of Chinese clients. In May 2011, I met with Tsui to discuss my case. Tsui helped me to apply for a green card, and encouraged me throughout the process. Ten months after my case was filed, I received a work permit. Fifteen months later, I received my ten-year green card. Tsui is honest and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in immigration law. She is very responsive, and always answered all of my questions by e-mail and telephone. She is a trusted professional, is excellent at communication with clients, and I feel as if she is my friend. My case involved emotional abuse; I was married for eight years to a very controlling spouse, and I was trapped in marriage that was dysfunctional and broken. Applying for a green card as a battered spouse involves a certain degree of difficulty. Tsui kept me informed about each stage of the case. I completely trusted her, and am very satisfied and happy with the outcome. Tsui has outstanding personal qualities, and is the best lawyer I have ever dealt with.
