on average service for EB1 (denied)
She is knowledgeable and professional and perhaps will do a good job if you have a strong case. But I feel like she didn't go beyond average for a harder case like mine which was rejected eventually. We try our best to provide exceptional advocacy and present the strongest possible case for our clients at all times. However, these are very challenging times when the government is taking a hard line on immigration, even for those individuals who are educated, highly skilled, and can positively contribute to the country. Our work for EB-1 includes providing a strongest possible strategy for the case, making the best argument, reviewing letters of recommendations, preparing a lengthy petition or brief to explain the merits, and in responding to any requests for evidence. We also consider it a high priority to effectively communicate with our clients and apologize if there were any delays. In terms of getting the green card, we believe that there are times when you should appeal or try again until you are successful.
