Luckily, I was able to meet with Tsui back in 2017. After our first meeting, I immediately decided to work with her on my visa case which was approved in 2018. I should have written this review a few months ago, but got really busy with work and Covid-19 changes. Tsui helped me with my family based immigration process. She is very knowledgeable, caring and professional attorney you can ever find in NYC. She charges reasonable fee and provides you with quali...ty services. I started to prepare for family-based immigration in early 2018 and got frustrated after seeing a few immigration attorneys. They were either unorganized or unprofessional. Some of them charge unreasonable fees. Eventually I found Tsui on Google. I left a message on her webpage and got response pretty soon. We had an initial meeting at Tsui’s office and had a very smooth conversation. I noticed a few things about Tsui during that meeting which led me have her as my immigration lawyer: 1) Tsui is a very good listener and always ask good questions. When I talked about my story and my requests, Tsui listened carefully and took good notes. She asked follow-up questions when she needed clarifications. 2) Tsui was well prepared. She was knowledgeable regarding the petition process, and was able to answer all of my questions about the application, required documentation and interview. 3) Tsui treats her clients with professional care and is very empathetic about client’s situations. She cared about my background and provided professional perspectives. The immigration process was very long and exhausting, but Tsui’s knowledge and experience made my life a lot easier. Whenever I emailed her about some questions I had, she always responded within a reasonable time. Tsui and her associates prepared my paperwork with efficiency and high quality. When I got busy with work and couldn’t keep track of things, she reminded me of what documents I needed to prepare so she could help me with the next steps or when is the next important date for meeting/appointment/interview. She provided good suggestions regarding interview preparation and went through the documents with me in detail. I felt a lot more confident after the prep meeting with her. I owe her this review for a while. I would highly recommend her if you need immigration service or consultation. Her professional experience and work ethics will definitely add value to you specific situation.

I paid $150 to this lawyer to get "correct" and "professional" legal advice. But the consultation is so disappointed. Here is my experiences. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! 1. Most of the time her answers are "not quite sure". There is one question for which she asked me to check government website to ...find the answer. For another question she asked my to consult my company attorney. 2. There is one occasion Tsui apparently provided wrong information. Since I sought other legal counsel (more than two) before I talked with this attorney. I paid her due to the high AVVO rating. Apparently the rating is not reliable. I don't understand where is the "five star" comes from. I would give her "no start" if I can. Never use her!

Tsui Yee, is an outstanding immigration lawyer. I use to see Tsui in a samba class but we never talked. I got Tsui contact info from NYSBA lawyer referral system. Our lawyer client relationship lasted over five years, in those years. We applied for Naturalization in 2010, and it was denied, then in 2...011 my Green card was lost and we had to applied for a replacement. In 2013, I was put on deportation. Tsui yee was able to meet with arresting ICE officers and follow up on my case. She filed paperwork and fought for my case. We reapplied for Naturalization and I received my American Citizenship in 2014. Tsui is an exceptional human being, she is a caring lawyer, unfortunately clients have taken advantage of her kindness. She hasn't stopped caring, she is excellent but as a precaution she requires payments on time which is understandable. I can honestly can say without putting my faith in Lord Jesus, and Tsui Yee handling my immigration case. I wound't be an American Citizen at least not without spending a small fortune. Tsui Yee will be honest with you in relation to your immigration case, and options available. She will not give you false promises. I took a friend of mines, a Mexican immigrant and Tsui was honest in telling him that she cound't find waiver for his expired visa, and she couldn't help until he was put on deportation processing. You will not regret hiring Tsui, In honestly she deserves more than five stars. Thank you Tsui for everything you did for me, I will never forget.
