Warm, thorough, and realistic. Could not have asked for a better lawyer!

Attorney Tsui Yee helped me gain permanent residency after a slew of bad decisions which resulted in a 212(a)(6)(C)(i)(I). After consulting with many law firms of all sizes and with varying fees in the New York State area, we decided to retain Tsui Yee Immigration. Though each of the three law fi...rms we narrowed our search to were equally capable of taking on our case, we felt most comfortable with Tsui. She was warm, thorough, and realistic. Given the complexity and difficulty of our case, it was important to us that we felt heard and trusted. We could not confidently say that about any other firm or lawyer we spoke with. There were several procedures and filings required for our case, and Tsui and her legal assistant, Yasmin, were with us every step of the way, including accompanying us to our visa interview (when permitted), and preparing us for any and all questions we may have been asked along the way. At times we were frustrated and anxious, however, Tsui and Yasmin remained patient, empathetic, and calm. They addressed our every concern, answered our calls (during the holidays, no less), and responded to our emails with a reassuring sense of thoroughness. Through a series of expedited requests, our filings took two years before my waivers were approved, though our process could have easily taken much longer. Tsui and Yasmin were very diligent in following-up on our behalf, understanding our sense of urgency. While processes and wait times are completely out of our control, regardless of estimated response and filing times listed on the USCIS website, Tsui and Yasmin did their best to manage our expectations, knowing the unknown. Tsui came highly recommended from several friends and acquaintances of ours, and there are truly no words to express our gratitude. They are, truly, lifesavers and we are forever in their debt.

Outstanding lawyer and team

Tsui and her team are absolutely brilliant, their legal knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail go above and beyond. They worked on my H1Bs and GC process. I believe they have one of the best immigration services in the city, I highly recommend to hire Tsui services if you need help with your ...immigration process.

Successful H!B application outcomes

Tsui successfully handled my US work visa and has been of incredible help along the way with all questions and concerns I had. I'd recommend her with no reservation. She is highly efficient in handling complexity.

H1b approved

Applied H1b with Tsui’s help and got appoved on July 26th. Tsui Yee and her team are professional, responsible and caring about thier clietns. I gathered all application materials quite late, Tsui helped me prepared everything in one week and filed the applicaiton on time. I successfully receive the ...approval of the H1B. I highly recommand Tsui Yee and her team!

Wonderful Experience!

Tsui and her team were truly amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional and very responsive. Exactly what you need in a lawyer/law office. I highly recommend them for any immigration matters.
