Reina Boaz

Reina is a bilingual Japanese attorney with 10 years of experience exclusively in US immigration and nationality law.

Reina currently serves as Managing Attorney of Reina Boaz Law, PLLC, a full service boutique law firm. Previously, Reina practiced at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP, the nations’ largest immigration law firm. As a member of the Japan Practice Group, she provided strategic consultation and guidance to Japanese corporations on various matters of U.S. immigration and nationality law. She advised multinational corporations on immigration consequences of corporate mergers and acquisitions, implemented strategic solutions to achieve immigration compliance, and assisted start-ups to establish their U.S. operations. Her clients included leading Japanese corporations in the automotive, telecommunications, semiconductor, electronics, media, financial services, insurance and pharmaceutical industries.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Reina spent five years at Sindell Law Offices, P.C., a boutique immigration law firm and handled immigration matters for Japanese corporations and individuals. She helped renowned entrepreneurs, musicians, artists, and restaurateurs with complex immigration and business formation issues.

Reina was born and raised in Tokyo, to an Indian entrepreneur father and a Japanese mother. After attending Nishimachi International School (NIS) and The American School in Japan (ASIJ) in Tokyo, she pursued her studies in the United States and obtained a B.A. cum laude in Economics from New York University (NYU), and a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.

Reina is fluent in Japanese and English. She is admitted to practice law in New York .
