I would highly like to advocate Tsui H.Yee as an Immigration Attorney because she's an marvelous immigration attorney who is always their to serve her clients with their needs, she's also a glorious and caring professional lawyer.

An Excellent Lawyer

Ms. Yee is a fine lawyer, and I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone who seeks legal assistance in her areas of expertise. She demonstrated all of the qualities that are important in a dependable lawyer -- thoroughness, conscientiousness, a knowledge of immigration law and practice, and, perha...ps most important of all, the experience that comes from doing what she does, day in and day out, for upwards of fifteen years ... in both her written work and in particular courts and before particular administrative authorities, in New York City. I attended several meeting in which she represented my wife and I before federal officials and felt confident that she "had my back," so to speak. The pleadings she filed on our behalves were excellent -- and, again, as one who also practices law and teaches young lawyers, I'm not the world's easiest client when it comes to legal matters. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Ms. Yee and her firm again.

Highly Recommended

Tsui is the perfect immigration lawyer - understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and competent. She achieved the best possible outcome for my case.

Perfect lawyer..

She is very responsible and follows up to help me inform in any type of way. To ask a question to the immigration, she waited on hold with me for 71 minutes. She was involved in the ongoing process as if it was her case and handled every thing in the quickest way. Because of her everything was handle...d exactly on time and never did any process a minute late. I recommend her with no doubt inside me.

A Brilliant Attorney Who Truly Cares!

Tsui Yee represented me in filing an adjustment of status to become a permanent resident. Tsui was recommended to me by the NYC Bar Association. I have had experiences with other immigration lawyers in the past and Tsui is one of the best. After my initial consultation with Tsui her professionalism ...and compassion for my situation stood out. She assured me that I had a strong case and that I would be successful in obtaining my Green Card. She is extremely reliable and client friendly. She always responded to my calls and email in a timely fashion. She helped to prepare me for my immigration interview so that I would not be nervous. She also attended my interview and really stood up for me. I am happy to say that I was recently approved to receive my Green Card. Tsui is a brilliant attorney and I strongly recommend her.
